When we upgraded our rewards program to the new system we made sure to convert everyone's points as well so that no one felt like they lost any value in the points they had. This is why your account may now show a different, and likely higher, balance.
If you think that there may have been an error with your point balance conversion to the new system simply email us at support@volcanoecigs.com and tell us the following message along with the name and email on your account.
"I think there is an issue with my online points, can you please check on this for me?"
